Cahira Nitinol Multistrand Wire 3m Coil

Cahira Nitinol Multistrand Titanium Alloy Wire is a 7 strand variant of my standard Single Strand Wire.
It has the same beneficial properties as the single strand- Amazing kink resistance, superelasticity, is dead straight, low vis black oxide finish, tangle resistance, remarkable knottability and will not corrode.
Additional benefits are increased flexibility over the single strand and far improved crimping performance.
In terms of increased crimping performance, I have tested this crimped conventionally, with just 2 passes through the crimp and it holds without slipping!
I will still highly recommend using a triple pass technique as before but it is no longer mandatory with this wire!
6lb/2.8kg 0.24mm- A beautifully fine and supple multistrand wire perfect for tooth protection without compromising your lure or bait movement whilst Perch/UL fishing. Knots excellently but also pairs favourably with 0.6mm crimps, 0.8mm heatshrink, #12 swivels and #0 securlocks/featherlinks.
NEW!!!
12lb/5.5kg 0.3mm- What can I say? A jack of all trades. Great for a subtle presentation of lures or baits for Perch, Zander and Chub, whilst tooth proof and strong enough to deal with any marauding Pike that takes a fancy. Also supple enough for a light fly tippet. Matches well on a 6-8wt.
Knots beautifully, crimps well with 0.8mm crimps, pairs up nicely with #10 swivels and #1 securlocks.
24lb/11kg 0.36mm- A brilliantly versatile strength for this supple wire. Perfectly balanced for small to medium lures up to 50/60g.
An excellent choice for Zander, Perch and Eel traces where Pike are a distinct possibility. Also my personal favourite for Pike fly fishing.
Knots very securely with a 2-3t bloodknot or can be crimped with 1mm single sleeve crimps.
42lb/19kg 0.51mm- Another great all-round breaking strain of wire for general bait traces, lure traces, stingers, harnesses and uptraces.
Best when triple passed through 0.8mm double barreled crimps.
Can be knotted very securely with a 3 turn Blood Knot, tightened carefully from the tag end.
88lb/40kg 0.69mm- The Daddy of Multistrands! Perfect for the construction of the Ultimate Pike Trace, whether bait or lure. Suitable for Catfish due to its heavy gauge and softness to the touch and more than man enough for most Sharks and Rays in the UK and the likes of Barracuda further afield.
I prefer to use triple passed 1.2mm double crimps.
Can also be knotted neatly and securely with a 3 turn bloodknot, tightened from the tag end to avoid pigtailing.

Cahira multistrand

I've been using the multistrand ti for some time now, in the 88lb for uptraces and for lure traces, and the 44lb for hook traces, in terms of sales there may be a problem, as I've still got the first set of traces on the rods, and they've had a helluva lot of fish on them. I've replaced a couple of hooks but the wire is unmarked. Top product, highly recommended
